Sunday morning coming down....

Today is the kind of day that seemed fit to forego the treadmill and take to the streets of our town. So the mission man and I set off with our respective iPods for about an hour. I don't know what was playing on his iPod but I am sure you can guess what was playing on mine! I have not studied the lyrics at all but different things keep hitting my ear with every listen. Today it was this:

My father said "Son, we're lucky in this town,
It's a beautiful place to be born.
It just wraps its arms around you,
Nobody crowds you and nobody goes it alone"

Living in this town gets surreal some times.

By the way, what's up with the Church bells at the end of Your Own Worst Enemy - haven't paid enough attention to the lyrics on that one, apparently.

I get the feeling the church bells are like funeral bells ?? is it another soldier at war song ??? realising death is his only way out - anybody's worst enemy ??

could be totally wrong - cause first i thought the boss was worried about getting old !! lol
